Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a previous police complaint. There is a civil suit pending between the private parties. The incident arose out of property disputes.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victim as well as to the statement of an eye-witness recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the statement of the eye-witness recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the injury report of the victim, the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 3741 of 2022 is dismissed.
