The Tribunal is yet to pronounce finally on the original application. Tribunal fixed the next date of hearing as on August 17, 2023.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the Tribunal is bound by directions issued by the High Court from time to time. The concerned Block Land & Land Reforms Officer initially was directed to act in a particular way by the High Court. The concerned BL&LRO is not acting in accordance with such direction. The original application was for such purpose.

The respondents are presented.

The Tribunal is yet to arrive at a final decision. No right of the petitioner stands affected by the impugned

order. The Tribunal may or may not raise issues which are relevant. However, since the Tribunal is yet to decide on the issues finally, it would not be appropriate to interdict the proceeding at this stage. The next date is August 17, 2023.

In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present writ petition.

WPLRT 87 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
