1. In view of the fact that the present petitioners did not stand on the same footing as Shankar Roy who was granted anticipatory bail on 2nd July, 2024 in CRM(A) 2022 of 2024 and having regard to the fact that all the witnesses have named the present petitioners as the main assailants, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
