The petitioners seek bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that considering the tenure of detention of the petitioners and the complicity of the petitioners in the alleged incident Court should grant bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. Learned advocate appearing for the de facto complainant relies upon two communications which he received from his client. He submits that his client waives the privilege pertaining to such communication between his client and the lawyer.

Considering the materials in the case diary and the gravity of offence and the complicity of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 7452 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
