The petitioner claims the portion of the Provident Fund remains unpaid, allegedly payable to the petitioner and a portion of Group Insurance amount. The Pension Payment Order is available at page 16 to the writ petition.

Mr. Ekramul Bari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the no liability certificate has already been issued and the petitioner has been receiving the pension. However, the said no liability certificate is not made part of this writ petition. Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury, learned advocate led by Mr. Ratul Biswas, learned advocate appear for the respondent Nos. 1 to 6.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and upon perusal of the materials on record and upon verification of all records and

documents, the respondent No. 3 shall take all necessary steps to disburse and pay the petitioner's claim, if it is found to be remained payable and not paid to the petitioner already.

If any assistance is required from the respondent Nos. 7 and 8, the same can be sought for by the respondent No. 3 and those respondents shall co-operate and render all assistance in this regard. The entire exercise as directed above, shall be carried out and completed by the respondent No. 3 positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

In the event, the respondent No. 3 rejects the claim of the petitioner or any part of it, he shall pass reasoned order.

With the above direction and on the above terms, this writ petition being W.P.A. 16419 of 2018 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs. Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
