Counsel for the respondent No.8 has placed on record an order passed by the Coordinate Bench in WPA 10766 of 2025 (Shahzadi Begum & Ors. Vs. Howrah Municipal Corporation & Ors.) dated 14th May, 2025 wherein the Coordinate Bench has set aside the order of demolition dated 20th July, 2000 passed by the Chief Architect of the Howrah Municipal Corporation and

consequently the communication dated 8th May, 2025 issued by the O.S.D., Building Department (Demolition), Howrah Municipal Corporation.

In view of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench dated 14th May, 2025, WPA 16640 of 2003 is dismissed as infructuous. CAN 3 of 2024 is also dismissed.
