Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that no steps have been taken in connection with Netaji Nagar PS case no.123 dated 05.06.2025 which was a case registered under the provisions of BNS as well as POCSO Act. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the investigation of the case is still in progress. Since the present law requires that after a period of 60 days, progress of the investigation should be informed to the de-facto complainant, I direct that the investigating officer would inform the progress of the investigation to the de-facto complainant after the said period is over. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any act or is on the opinion that certain steps are to be taken appropriate application be advanced before the learned Special Court who is in seisin of Netaji Nagar PS case no.123 dated 05.06.2025.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16870 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
