The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of an application under Section 7(2) of the WBPT Act, 1997 and also the eviction suit being Ejectment Suit No. 6 of 2019 pending before the learned 2nd Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Barrackpore.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall hear the application under Section 7(2) of the WBPT Act pending since 2020 within 30 days from the date of communication of this order and shall proceed to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within 6 months from the date of this order. .

CO 2489 of 2024 is disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
