The writ petition has been filed by one Santiram Koley wherein in the cause title as well as in the affidavit it has been declared that his father's name is late Santiram Koley.

The e-Pension Payment Order has been issued in favour of one Santiram Koley.

As the name of the son and the father is the same it appears that the writ petition has been filed by making incorrect declaration before this Court. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed.
