In this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the Ct AGM validity of the donor quota for admission in the medical colleges under the state.

Though nothing has been pleaded in this petition as to how the private respondents are concerned with this case, during the hearing of the case, it appears that some of private respondents are students who availed the donor quota.

Though it has been pleaded in this writ petition that those students have been admitted in the medical course through donor quota without qualifying the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for the relevant year, the State in its affidavit -in-opposition has clarified that they have qualified the said examination and in fact, their rank was higher than the petitioner.

I am not inclined to entertain this petition at the instance of the petitioner who ranked lower than the private respondents, who availed the donor quota. The petitioner, therefore, was not prejudiced by the donor quota.

Accordingly, WPA 18109 of 2021 is dismissed.

Let urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
