Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners has already been remedied by the respondent authorities, hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Be it recorded that a civil suit has been filed by the petitioners before the Learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Additional Court, Sealdah being Title Suit No.131 of 2024 and an order of temporary injunction has been passed by the learned Court on 10th April, 2024.

The communication made by the Additional District Magistrate and District Land & Land Reforms Officer, South 24-Parganas to the Kolkata Municipal Corporation dated 4th November, 2022 be retained with the records.

The writ petition stands dismissed as 'infructuous'.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
