Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. The petitioners who are the employees of the cooperative societies concerned have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondents in considering their representation making prayer for payment of arrear salary as appears at page 22 of the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.17528 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The respondent District Magistrate shall treat the copy of this writ petition as a

representation which will be furnished to him by the petitioner within a week from date.
