It is submitted that chargesheet was filed during pendency of this case and the petitioner had preferred an application praying for discharge which is pending before the learned Trial Court and, as such, the petitioner wishes to pursue the said prayer for discharge before the Trial Court. On instruction, it is also submitted that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with present revisional application. Accordingly, the present revisional application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for compliance.
