Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that his prime grievance for non-registration of an FIR has already been redressed. That is why he does not want to proceed with the matter.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents submits that this is a case of a doba being illegally filled up and a PIL is pending on this. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that a specific FIR has indeed been registered on the complaint of the petitioners and is being investigated into. On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, who denies the allegations leveled

by the private respondents, the writ petition is disposed of without passing any further order.
