1. Learned advocate for the petitioner challenges the order dated 30th April, 2025 passed by the learned trial court in Sessions Trial No.34 of 2016. She submits that the learned Trial Judge has proceeded to pass the order without disposing a petition under Section 311 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner on 30th April, 2025, but it transpires that the said application has already been disposed of by the order No.74 dated 30.04.2025.

2. Therefore, this application has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, CRR 3263 of 2025 is dismissed.

4. There is no order as to costs.

5. An urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, should be given to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
