Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today are taken on record.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation conducted into Bidhannagar Cyber Crime Police Station FIR No. 30 of 2018.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that offence under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 has not been included in the charge-sheet. Counsel for the State, Mr. Ghosh, submits that charge-sheet No.81 of 2019 dated 25th December, 2019 has been filed after investigation was completed. The petitioner is granted leave to move the Special Court, inter alia, under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
