The petitioner no.1 claims to be the President of the petitioner no.2/Yoga Association. The petitioners claim to have submitted an application on 7th May, 2018 requesting the Register of Firms, Society & Non Trading Corporation being the 3rd respondent for issuance of a registration certificate in favour of the Yoga Association of West Bengal.

The grievance of the petitioners is that till date no registration certificate has been issued. The petitioners claim to have submitted a representation before the 3rd respondent dated July 31, 2018, but no decision on such representation has been communicated to the petitioners.

Without entering into the merits of the allegations contained in the representation dated July 31, 2018
as well as the claim for issuance of registration certificate, this Court directs the Register of Firms, Society & Non Trading Corporation being the 3rd respondent to this writ petition to consider the representation dated July 31, 2018 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner no.1 or his authorized representative and to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioners immediately thereafter. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order along with a copy of the representation dated July 31, 2018, which is annexed at page 36 of the writ petition. 4.
With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
