1. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the statement of the witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., moreover, the petitioner is the mastermind behind the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
