1. This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner for setting aside the impugned order dated May 07, 2015 as also the judgment and order dated June 30, 2015 passed by the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Nadia in Execution Case being EA/2009/21.

2. None appeared for the petitioner.

3. The matter was taken up by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 17th August, 2015 when no interim order was granted. Since thereafter on a number of occasion the matter appeared when none appeared for the petitioner or respondent/opposite parties.

4. In view of long pendency of the matter, this Court finds no reason to keep the matter pending. Hence, the criminal revisional application is dismissed for default.

5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Court below for information.
