Jahan, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw this PIL with liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the civil law in view of the direction contained in the final order in WPA 297 of 2022 and the finding given by learned District Magistrate, Purba Bardhaman, by order dated January 31, 2023.
