At the time of considering the writ petition, learned advocate for the petitioners submits, upon instruction that, his clients do not intend to proceed with the writ petition any further. Written communication made by the petitioners to the learned advocate has been placed on record. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.

Dismissal of the writ petition will, however, not stand in the way of the Gram Panchayat in taking necessary steps against any unauthorized

construction that may be detected at the subject premises.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
