1. None appears for the applicant. Mr. Lalit Mohan Mahata, learned advocate appears for the State/respondents. A fresh compliance report has been filed signed by the Chief Conservator of Forests dated 3rd July, 2025 from which it is seen that in many of the places, the AGM has been completed 100% and in the other places, partial compliance is being done and they are in the process of completing.

2. Thus, we find no willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court.

3. In any event, we direct the authorities to conclude the proceeding in respect of the districts.

4. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the contempt application stands disposed of.

5. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
