Petitioner sought 'No Objection Certificate' from the Bankura University to enable him to apply for the post of Assistant Professor in the Electronics and Communication, Burdwan University.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that Bankura University is withholding the 'No Objection Certificate' without any reason.

It is, however, fairly submitted by the learned advocate representing Bankura University that the University is in process of considering the prayer of the petitioner.

Nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon Bankura University to consider the prayer of the petitioner and grant him the 'No Objection Certificate', if

he is eligible to obtain the same, within a period of two weeks from date.

WPA 17540 of 2022 is disposed of.

Let urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
