1. Heard learned Advocates for the petitioner and for the State at length.

2. Perused the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the case diary.

3. Liberty is granted to the learned Advocate-on-Record of the accused petitioner to correct the cause title of the instant application by inserting the Sections, which accordingly to the learned Advocate for the accused petitioner, were added subsequently.

4. On perusal of the entire materials as available in the case diary it reveals that sufficient incriminating materials have been seized from the possession of the accused petitioner.

5. However, considering the fact that the investigation has already been completed and considering the fact that for the purpose of investigation further custodial detention of the petitioner is not at all necessary and keeping in mind that on behalf of the State, no case has been made out that in the event the present accused

petitioner is enlarged on bail, he may flee and/or temper with the evidence as collected so far as this Court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused petitioner.

6. The petitioner, namely, Linkon Hossain, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand), with two registered sureties of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, with the condition that the present accused petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court on each and every date of substantive hearing unless his personal appearance is dispensed with by the learned Trial Court.

7. It is further ordered that in the event of his absence even for a single day before the learned Trial Court, the learned Trial Court is at liberty to issue non-bailable warrant of arrest for the apprehension of the present accused petitioner.

8. Let the case diary be returned.

9. CRM (M) 1201 of 2025 is disposed of.

10. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis.
