Following inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 30th January, 2026:

(i) In 2nd line of paragraph 4 mentioning the name of the school as 'Mahanandapara B.I. Vidyapith under Bagda West Circle'

instead of 'Mahanandapara BHK Vidyapith under Bagdah West Circle'.

(ii) In 2nd line at page 2 mentioning the circle of the school as 'Bagda East Circle' instead of 'Bagdah East Circle'.

The aforesaid order is modified as follows:

(i) The name of the school in 2nd line of paragraph of the aforesaid order be read as

'Mahanandapara BHK Vidyapith under Bagdah West Circle' in place of 'Mahanandapara B.I.

Vidyapith under Bagda West Circle'.

(ii) The spelling of the circle of the school in 2nd line at page 2 of the aforementioned order be read as 'Bagdah East Circle' in place of 'Bagda East Circle'.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of order dated 30th January, 2026.
