The alleged contemnor, Mr. Sushil Kumar Roy is present in Court.

Affidavit has been filed by the alleged contemnor before this Court enclosing therewith a letter dated 23rd September 2021 addressed to the District Magistrate, Hooghly, whereby a committee comprising of several persons was requested to be formed for filling up the post of permanent Muslim Marriage Registrar under different police station in the district of Hooghly.

The District Magistrate, Hooghly shall take immediate steps in this regard.

The District Registrar, Hooghly, who is present in Court shall communicate this order to the District Magistrate, Hooghly.

The affidavit filed by the alleged contemnor is taken on record.

The contempt appears to have been purged.

The alleged contemnor, Mr. Sushil Kumar Roy, is warned against repeating the conduct in delayed compliance of this Court's order in future.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
