Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merits in June, 2022. There is no substantial change in circumstance since then. Hence, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
