Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions which are imposed while granting bail on 10.09.2025.

Report submitted by the police authorities reflect that petitioner violated the condition as a GD Entry No. 2175 dated 27.03.2026 has been referred to.

Be that as it may, there is a violation of a single instance, as such, I direct the learned Trial Court in seisin of the case that in case petitioner makes out a case for urgency for visiting his residence, learned Trial Court on an application being subjectively satisfied will consider and dispose of the same as early as possible by exercising his discretion.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
