Heard Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Chatterjee, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Mr. Chatterjee submits that the victim lady has already been recovered and on the basis of the order passed by the Child Welfare Committee, Paschim Bardhaman, the victim lady is presently staying in the Children's Home for Girls, Purba Bardhaman. Her statement has already been recorded under Section 164 of the Code in connection with Raniganj Police Station Case No.230 of 2023.

The report, as placed by Mr. Chatterjee, is taken on record.

In view of such sequence of facts, no interference is called for in the writ petition. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of.
