Mr. Saibal Acharya, learned State counsel with Ms. Mohuya Dutta Biswas, learned State counsel appears for the State respondents.

Since Ms. Dutta Biswas has appeared in this matter on the request on this court, her appearance shall be regularized by the office of the Legal Remembrancer forthwith.

Learned State counsel submits that the compensation has already been determined for the acquired land and the same has been sent to the Jurisdictional Land Acquisition Judge for considering the case of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Jurisdictional Land Acquisition Court shall dispose of the LA case No. 4/34 of 2002-03 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this court has not gone into the merits of this case.

Since no affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

With the above observation and direction, this writ petition WPA 17945 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
