In the matter of : Hasimuddin Sk. @ Mondal & Anr. ..... petitioners Md. Golam Nure Imrohi Mr. Susnigdho Bhattacharyya .... For the petitioner Mr. Anwar Hossain Ms. Manisha Sharma ..... For the State The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners are aggrieved by the factum of the order dated 20th May, 2023 passed in connection with Murshidabad Police Station Case No. 67 of 2023 dated 25th January, 2023. The said case was under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code along with other Sections as well as under relevant provisions of the Arms Act.

Having regard to the grievousness of the offence and the factum that the police authorities at the initial stage after submission of chargesheet on 22nd April, 2023 was unable to trace out the present petitioners, I am not inclined to interfere with the order and subsequent order under challenge. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2649 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the serve copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisition formalities.
