Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

Petitioner has filed this writ petition on the alleged ground of action of the respondent electricity authority in providing electricity connection to the private respondent.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent electricity authority submits that a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the private respondent for eviction and in the said suit electricity authority has not been impleaded as a party and there is no specific injunction or interim order against the aforesaid electricity authority. Without going into the dispute in the civil suit in question, this wit petition being WPA 17061 of 2023 is

disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court and to make out any case if he has any for any relief which he is asking in this writ petition.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
