Learned counsel for the petitioner candidly submits that the appeal preferred against the said order by the writ petitioner under Section 10(4) of the Act of 1964 has been disposed of by the District Magistrate, South 24-Parganas by an order passed on August 23, 2023.

The writ petitioner has filed a separate writ petition challenging the said order.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
