Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of 01.08.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.52 Rakib informing the police authorities no steps were taken. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that over the complaint of one Mangli Saren, Goaltore PS Case no. 148/25 dated 29.07.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of BNS and SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989.

In view of the Special Court being in seisin of the issue, the petitioner would ventilate her grievance or further prayers before the Special Court where the criminal case is pending.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16863 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
