1. Writ Petition seeking issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus is at the behest of the wife. Claim of the writ petitioner is that she is not being able to meet her husband.

2. Husband is present in Court.

3. Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.

4. Apparently, there are matrimonial disputes between the writ petitioner and her husband.

5. There are efficacious alternative remedies available to the private parties to agitate their respective grievances.

6. No exceptional circumstances exist for issuance of writ of Habeas Corpus.

7. In such circumstances, WPA(H) 54 of 2024 is dismissed.
