The plaintiff of Title Suit No.18 of 2019 pending before the 1st Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Barasat, District: 24 Parganas (North) is praying a direction for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

The application for substitution is pending, at this stage, the direction as prayed for is premature, C.O. 2377 of 2024 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
