On 7th May, 2025, we have disposed of the appeal and the connected applications. However, it appears that inadvertently it was not recorded that the appeal and the applications were disposed of on that date.

We clarify that the appeal being FMA 1075 of 2024 and the connected applications being CAN 1 of 2024 and CAN 2 of 2024 were disposed of on 7th May, 2025 and shall not be shown as pending.
