Accordingly, condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner to meet the Officer-in-charge, Dholahat Police Station twice in a week is waived. He shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever Other conditions of bail shall remain the same. The application being CRAN 8 of 2021 is accordingly, disposed of.
