Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities particularly the Officer-inCharge, Pandua Police Station as in spite of information being furnished, no steps were taken. State has submitted a report which reflects that Pandua P.S. Case No. 573 of 2025 dated 30.07.2025 has been registered for investigation. Petitioner is further aggrieved by the fact that the police authorities did not incorporate sections under certain Special Acts.

Be that as it may, since a court is already in seisin of Pandua P.S. Case No. 573 of 2025, I direct the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional court

for necessary reliefs including incorporation of section under the Special Act is concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 17013 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
