The matter has been brought to the list under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction of the order dated June 27, 2022 whereby the revisional application was allowed. In the second page at the second paragraph of the said order, Misc. Case No. 9 of 1999 should be replaced by Misc. Case No. 45 of 1991.

The department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the order dated June 27, 2022 and also in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, accordingly. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
