Mr. Sukanta Das, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties submits that the present application has been preferred in connection with the order impugned order passed in O.S. 92 of 2005. The said O.S. 92 of 2005 has already been disposed of in terms of compromise vide order No. 195 dated 23rd March, 2022 and as such the present application has become infructuous. In such view of the matter, C.O. 2776 of 2019 is dismissed being infructuous.

Copy of the order No. 195 dated 23rd March, 2022 filed by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties is taken on record.
