The petitioner is in custody for more than 2 years and renews his prayer for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down on 5th July, 2024 considering the material on record. This Court is informed that trial is complete and the case is waiting for delivery of judgment.

In view of the above, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
