Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the incident arose out of property dispute. The petitioners also suffered injuries. There is a counter police complaint also. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that, four persons suffered grievous hurt. He refers to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C).

The de-facto complainant is represented.

Four persons suffered grievous hurt. There are 161 Cr.P.C. statement implicating all the petitioners and ascribing role to them.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3753 of 2022 is dismissed.
