Mr. Vinay Kumar Purohit, learned advocate for the plaintiffs/opposite parties in the presence of one of the plaintiffs being plaintiff no. 3 Sri Dheeraj Pun submits that his clients are not willing to pursue the Title Suit No. 1916 of 2010 out of which the present revisional application arises and shall take steps for withdrawal of the said suit within two weeks from date.

In view of such stand of the plaintiffs, the revisional application has become infructuous.

C.O. 2780 of 2019 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.
