1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Though the case presented before us may be a good case under Section 439 Cr.P.C, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the petitioner in view of the gravity of offence.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
