The petitioner contested the Panchayat General Elections, 2023 and lost by 4 votes.

The petitioner alleges that there was serious malpractice at the time of counting of votes. It appears that the petitioner did not lodge any complaint at the time of counting the votes.

Accordingly, the allegation of the petitioner that there has been serious irregularities and illegalities at the time of counting cannot be accepted by the Court. No relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.
