At this stage the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/opposite party before the learned trial court submits candidly that the Pre-emption Case No.24 of 2010 is already disposed of in favour of the present opposite parties/petitioners before the trial court and in view of the same, since the order dated 8th February, 2013 of that proceeding was challenged before this court, this revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is disposed of as infructuous.
