For the State The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Baisali Basu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the contention advanced in the revisional application and the issues so included to be adjudicated before this Court.

Having regard to the nature of the allegations, I am of the view that the issues are to be considered by the investigating officer in course of the investigation. This Court while considering the application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure will not entertain such plea at this stage when the investigation is in progress.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2651 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the serve copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisition formalities.
