The petitioner challenges an e-auction sale notice dated February 15, 2025 issued by the State Bank of India under provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

Learned counsel for the bank submits, upon instruction, that the sale has been concluded and that the sale certificate has already been issued in favour of the successful auction purchaser.

As the sale appears to have been concluded, no relief can be given to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed. 4.
Dismissal of the writ petition, however, will not stand in the way of the petitioner from approaching the competent forum for remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.
