Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner, is taken on record.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the matter relates to transfer of the petitioner on the ground of distance in between the residence of the petitioner and her present school. The petitioner prays for direction upon the authorities to make local arrangement so that the petitioner can be transferred on the recommendation to be made by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

During the course of hearing, this Court has found that already a Co-ordinate Bench has passed an order on 25th March, 2022 of a writ petition being WPA 2128 of 2022 directing the concerned District Inspector of Schools to make endeavour for ensuring local arrangement in the school of the petitioner which would facilitate transfer of the petitioner.

In view of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench on 25th March, 2022, no further order need be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 17565 of 2022 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
